Lyle A. Downey, Wade M. Downey, and Scott Smith formed Downey, Smith & Associates with a single, well-defined focus: Our clients. Every partner and associate of DSA contributes to our success. To further our mission we are proud to announce, effective September 2002, the addition of Jim Fier, former national partner in-charge of sales and use tax for Deloitte & Touche, as Downey, Smith & Fier's managing partner.
